Manchester, former heavyweight boxing world champion, Ruslan Chagaev believes he can beat David Haye. He even determined to force Haye boxing gloves hanging.

Chagaev, Saturday, watched the fight at TKO Haye beat Sydney Olympic champion, Audley Harrison in the third round. Chagaev is currently in a position as a mandatory opponent who must face Haye next.
